In 2015, after years of work, evaluation and recognition of the market and the needs of the country, SMC Japan Corporation has decided to give a sign of confidence in the future development of Colombia, investing significant capital to create and develop a direct subsidiary of the parent company SMC Japan.
At the end of 2015, SMC COLOMBIA S.A.S was born, located in the Gran Sabana Industrial Park in Tocancipa, noth of Bogota where the headquarters in Colombia of SMC CORPORATION Japan was buit, thus expanding its product and service offering and bringing the latest global technology in the area of automation and pneumatic industrial instrumentation.
