Could you tell me when the AF filter series was redesigned and released ?

For the previous AF filter with 4 digits code like AF4000, sales of the filter began in 1985 and the production was terminated in September 2005.
The AF filters with 2 digit codes (e.g. AF40) was released in November 2001 as a successor.
Also, this product was renewed as a refreshed product with a combination of codes such as AF, 2 digits with end code -A (e.g. AF40-∗∗-A). The refreshed product was released in April 2012.
