How do you configure a circuit in order to achieve intermediate stops of the mechanically jointed type rodless cylinders (MY∗ series) by using valves.

The mechanically jointed type rodless cylinders have an external leakage due to the construction of their seals. Closed center valves cannot hold a stop position due to this air leakage. In order to achieve an intermediate stop, it is recommended to either use two 3 port valves or a 3-position pressure center valve to apply pressures from both sides.
