|Air Cylinders
The air cushion absorbs the energy of the movement of the piston with the compressed air trapped around the stroke end by coming into contact with the cushion ring and the cushion seal. The cushion valve also has the function to regulate the exhaust of the trapped air. To adjust the cushion valve safely, please totally close this valve first and then, open it little by little . (RQ and CXS series cylinders have uniquely designed air cushion without cushion rings.)
