|Boosters
The booster regulator (valve) is a product to increase the pressure upstream of the valve to double (or four times) supply pressure. It produces high pressure to downstream. The booster regulator (valve) have two chambers for boosting and two chambers to actuate.
The boost chambers convert input pressure to high pressure propotional to the piston area and send it downstream. The exhaust is for the exhaust of air from actuate chambers.
Movie
There are air tanks (VBAT) which directly mount to VBA for accumlating the pressure or for use to countermesure of pulsation.
Note: The flow volume downstream will decrease.
Continuous actuating can shorten the life of booster regulator (valve)
