Temperature Control Equipment
A thermo-chiller is a product that uses a temperature-controlled circulating fluid to regulate a heat source in facilities and equipment. By maintaining a stable temperature, equipment reliability and product life can be improved. SMC's temperature control equipment is available on a loaner basis to allow customers to test the equipment in the actual operating environment before making the decision to purchase. In addition, 24-hour support is available to provide peace of mind.
Electric Actuators
SMC offers a wide range of actuator variations for use in transferring, lifting, pushing, gripping, and rotating applications, with a number of space-saving options as well.
Vacuum Equipment
SMC's lineup of vacuum equipment includes a variety of different vacuum pad shapes suitable for workpieces, applications, and industries of various kinds as well as a wide range of related equipment such as vacuum ejectors and vacuum regulators.
Vacuum grippers for collaborative robots of multiple robot manufacturers are also available.
Ionizers (Static Neutralization Equipment)
SMC's static neutralization equipment is capable of solving various problems caused by static electricity, such as the destruction of circuit boards and IC chips, uneven painting, and molding product ejection errors caused by electrical discharges in FA environments.
We have numerous products that can be used in static neutralization areas and on workpiece of different sizes. These include bar types, nozzle types, fan types, and gun types.
Wireless System/Wireless Auto Switch
SMC wireless systems provide communication stability in FA environments. Our unique protocols allow for the creation of a stable wireless environment with reduced interference from other wireless devices.
Wiring disconnection problems directly lead to manufacturing stoppages.
However, by using a wireless system, such wiring problems can be easily eliminated.
SMC’s fully wireless auto switches even use a wireless power supply.

SMC's 2/3-port solenoid valves can be found in almost every industry you can think of, such as in food and beverage production and even medical equipment.
