We conduct courses and seminars and accept factory visits, provide cut samples, training kits and products, sponsor robotic contests, etc. for industrial high school students, technical college students, and university and post-graduate students for the purpose of achieving the following: ① build relationships with local society, schools and various organizations, ② raise awareness of SMC, ③ secure manpower resources for the future, and ④ develop SMC fans and support groups such as users, customers, shareholders, etc. for the future.

We will conduct a total of more than 250 courses and seminars for industrial high school and technical college students by the year 2030.

Provide economic assistance through scholarships to engineering students (in science and technology) who wish to enroll in institutions of higher education (universities and graduate schools), and an environment that lets them focus on their studies.
KPI goals
We will set a goal of a 10% ratio of our technical staff who enter the company after graduation with this scholarship plan by the year 2030.
