Please check the following points, if you cannot run Program on corporate networks.

 1. Cipher Strength of the Browser
 2. Installation of ICA Client Program
 3. "Citrix Program Neighborhood"
 4. Password for Proxy Server

 
 
  1. Cipher Strength of the Browser
Please check if the cipher strength of the browser is 128 bit in the following way.
-> Start Internet Explorer, and then click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu.
Verify that Cipher Strength value is 128 bit.
In case cipher strength is less than 128 bit
-> Download "High Encryption Pack" from Microsft website and install it.
   
 
  2. Installation of ICA Client Program
Please check if ICA Client is installed. You can download it from the start page of program.
-> Restart PC after installation.
   
 
  3. "Citrix Program Neighborhood"
An icon Citrix Program Neighborhood will be created on the desktop after installation of ICA Client Program.

- Douuble click the icon and select Custom Connections Settings on the File menu.
- Then click "Firewalls".


If you use corporate networks with firewall,

 Select Use alternate address for firewall connection check box.


If your browser has some proxy server settings,

 Select Use Web browser proxy settings check box.


If your browser doesn't have any proxy server settings but a proxy server must be used,

 Input Custom Proxy Settings.


Please consult your network administrators about the above firewalls settings.
 
  4. Password for Proxy Server
- If a user name and a password are requested when connecting to our server of program,
please input the user name and the password for the proxy server.
-> Ask your network administrators about the user name and the password if you don't know them.
